An obvious tongue in cheek reference to the now famous, "Millionaire Next Door", as well as being similar in many ways to "Freakonomics", I found the book to be alright if you have an interest into what makes the mind of a cheapskate tick, but there are many, many better books out there; "The Millionaire Teacher, Freakonomics, How to Retire Happy, Wild and Free", and others.
