After bouncing from foster home to foster home, Maggie Mae is transferred to what should be her last foster home in the tiny town of Silver City, New Mexico. Now that she's eighteen and has only a year left in high school, she's determined to stay out of trouble and just be normal. This is a fast paced novel and it has a satisfying ending to it. I really enjoyed it just like all of Bethany Wiggins' other novels. Maggie is a shapeshifter and the only reason she goes from foster home to another foster home is that she's found nude in the woods. That's not her fault; once she becomes an animal, her clothes get torn away. Maggie goes through dangers and there are these SkinWalkers who want her dead. Also there are some shocking twists in this book. I like the plot and the idea of the book and how it all went down satisfyingly. 4.5/5 stars
