Having bought some e-books and borrowed some from CPL I have to say this book is the most useful for tried and true ideas as well as the nutritional information. The only drawback is some of the ingredients are not available in Canada or may be under a different name so some research is required. The meal planner system is very interesting concept included in the back pages.I did find a store in Springbank AB that sells survivalist products, ie butter buds.
