This is a really good book, she is a trainer who really explains how to work with your dog throughout the day. Suggested schedules included, but also really good tips about the equipment you need to make life easier. The best one for me is the double sided D hook for the other end of the leash. This anchors the dog to my torso/waist area, so I'm solid, versus the pulling on my shoulder joint with the leash.
