Kristen, a troubled young woman in a 1960s mental institution, finds herself bruised, cut, and drugged. The other patients in the ward offer no answers, and Kristen quickly realizes things are not as they seem. The air is heavy with secrets, and at night, when the hospital is dark and foreboding, she hears strange and frightening sounds. It appears they are not alone. One-by-one, the other girls begin to disappear and Kristen must find a way out before she, too, becomes a victim.
Violence and disturbing images.

Pretty good, I liked the characters, and loved the theme music. The ghost was a little cheesy after a while though...

This wasn't the worst movie I've ever seen, it is far from being good. I fast forwarded a lot but not all the way. Very predictable but still entertaining.

John Carpenter does not disappoint with this clever film. It was entertaining and well scripted. Characters themselves were a bit creepy too. I do recommend this one.
