What happens if superheroes are unionized? Contract negotiations are coming up and COWL has taken down the last big supervillain. Now the city is wondering if the supers are even necessary and the line between police and superhero jurisdiction is becoming blurry at best (the city wants to be able to hire supers outside of COWL). An interesting take on the idea of superheroes.
