I thought this book was all right. I personally didn't like it that much compared to similar books on this subject. It's a 31-day challenge where you get to work on a different category every day by going through a checklist for that specific category. I was reading it to get ideas since I've already started this progress with a different approach so that's probably why I didn't like it that much compared to other books that I've read. This book's chapters were supposed to be read one at a time on a daily basis until you got to the 31-day mark for your journey. I wasn't a big fan of the repetitive part where the author kept on saying the exactly same thing for each category on her checklist. This method might work well for those who like checklists and repetitive approaches.
