This is billed as a book for older kids, but my 3 year old LOVES THIS BOOK. If your kid likes any of the following: trucks, dinosaurs, skeletons, fruit, sharks, trains, planes, gemstones, costumes, butterflies...(the list goes on) they will enjoy this book. It's a visual style - photographs and some charts/graphics -and the pages are full to bursting with images. Conversations as a result of this book have included: intestines, what happens to people when they die (!), knights, Finding Nemo, the liquid core of the Earth, moths, electricity, and shoes. I don't purchase a lot of books but will most likely buy this as I see it being useful and entertaining for many years.
