This little book is a gem. I read it lying down - relaxed. I was as stressed as the next person and extremely skeptical about the little book's ability to change anything. However, just reading it "Mindfully" enabled me to slow down and de-stress.It may appear that the book is not saying anything new but following the practices mentioned in it really help. A book to carry around with you and read at random while you are say on the subway, or bus, or in a checkout line.

" There is tranquility, peace, and joy within us, but we have to call them forth, so they can manifest." " Sometimes we think and worry nonstop." " It's like a cassette tape continually turning in our minds....sometimes the mind takes the initiative, and sometimes you have to let the body take the initiative."
