Healthy eating includes a variety of different foods and watching portion sizes is the key to a healthy diet especially to those of us who have experienced heart problems. Limit foods with a high content of saturated fat and cholesterol. Substitute with grains and unsaturated fat from vegetables, fish, legumes and nuts. Limit cholesterol intake as well as Trans fatty acids. Limit salt intake and alcohol consumption. These and many more are the ground rules for the Healthy Cooking and recipes are provided in this video.
