Some rejection experiment ideas were brilliant but some were borderline dumb. Key points from the book:

1) Rejection is an opinion (of the rejector).
2) Rejection has a number before possible acceptance.

Taking a no:
1) Ask why before goodbye (sustain the conversation after rejection)
2) Retreat not rout
3) Collaborate don't content
4) Change (switch up), don't give up

Positioning for a yes:
1) Explain the reason for the request
2) Acknowledge possible rejection reasons
3) Target the audience

Giving a no:
1) Patience and respect. Never belittle the rejectee
2) Be direct. Avoid convoluted reasons
3) Offer alternatives

Finding the upside of rejection:
1) Finding motivation
2) Self-improvement
3) Character building
4) Find the power to detach ourselves from the results.
