ZERO stars... I know people all enjoy different writing styles and topics. But 2 WAY better books to get you started would be 'Everything is F*#ked' and 'The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*#k' by Mark Manson. Those are books that will teach you something... If you want to waste your time and give yourself a headache, from the lack of intelligence and excess use of the F word, this is the book for you. It's something that should have been... Maybe a 1-2 page blog post but was some how stretched (the thousands of F bombs helped with the stretching, and the Constant repetition) into a 170+ page book? I beg you... Don't waste a precious minute on this and pick up something with substance. Above books are a start.

If you were brought up polite YOU NEED TO READ THIS BOOK ASAP, specially if people have trampled all over you because of that. Priceless advice. I am actually happier and feel freer since I have been practicing her method. Thank you Sarah!
P.S. it is unbelievably well written as she's a Harvard alumna.

This book is a great light read that you can easily flip through in a day. The biggest take away I had from this book is that life is too short to fill it with things that you don't like to do or with people you don't care to spend time with. If all of your free time is packed with obligations, reconsider how you're spending your energy and your most precious resource- time.

I only gave it 3 stars because, quite frankly, I could have written this book! I would say that it is nice that someone else thinks like I do, nut I really don't give a f*ck.

Maybe it's timing. Maybe it's a reminder. I found parts applicable and fuc&%ng real. Why not a little blatent humor to improve life skills? Yes, it is largely silly yet not a dry self-help book.

No way the one star reviews folks read the book. Or they won’t admit they realized they were the assholes. I thought it was hilarious, well worth giving a f*ck for as Sarah would say.

When I first browsed through it on the shelf, it appeared to be funny with some life lessons to learn. When I brought it home and started to read it, I found the constant use of the word f@ck extremely annoying. I didn't even bother reading past page 5.

I'd recommend just reading Marie Kondo's books. Kondo already discusses how her method of only keeping "what makes you happy" can be applied to your life, relationships, and career.

Knight's "parody" book focuses on the discarding and the negative, instead of on what makes you happy (or who you would want to "give f*ucks" to).
