There are 120 recipes with 60 desserts and accompanying ice creams. Many of the recipes are twists on old favourites like Chocolate Pecan Pie, Linzer Cookie Tart and Chocolate Sugar Pie. They also have dishes I had never heard of before like blueberry-ginger slump and bing cherry sonker. Two other tempting choices include baklava cups and ganache turnovers.
