Frightening or Intense Scenes: A person willingly pays for and asks to be placed in a suit designed with spikes on the inside (self-harm).

Violence: Laced throughout the book in general. Regardless of that, it doesn't push the boundaries of Marvel's rating for this trade paperback as far as I'm concerned.

I've been trying to read as much as I can from the original Civil War event and this volume has been the most interesting and probably my favorite. (I say that with a lot of love in my heart for the Young Avengers.) It ties together three main storylines: one of journalists Ben Urich and Sally Floyd attempting to uncover the secret truth behind the Registration Act, one about Robbie Baldwin's life after Stamford, and another story about the growing tensions between the US and Atlantis as the Act takes effect. Spread throughout are pages that parallel the superhero civil war to other wars and conflicts in the world's history. Those pages are really the only places you actually see any of the fighting take place, so in that manner it's unlike most other Marvel comics. Still a very compelling read.
