I did not particularly enjoy this.

It was an okay book, with a little witch who gets taken in by her family and becomes 'normal' I'm not really sure what was wrong with it, except that I wanted to read a fantasy book, and this is not one, though I'm not entirely sure what it is.

I hated this book, but I also didn't realize that it was first published in the 60s. My library just got a copy with a revamped cover and a new sticker. I went through it thinking no kid these days would like this. It's condescending and I think it's horrible that to fit in with this family Felina loses her sense of self to the extent that she even changes her name. It was too old fashioned.
