Please do not rely on the previous review and decide to pass over this book. Got to amazon.com (or amazon.ca) and read their reviews. If you need science to help you understand what is good for your body then so be it but if you understand that what our bodies need is basic, fundamental whole foods, rest and movement and you want to improve how you use those things in your life then DO read this book. It could change your life.

I was incredibly disappointed by this book. It was recommended as a health guide, but there is no factual basis to 90% of what Paul Chek uses.

He doesn't appear to have enough training or educational background to be giving the 'information' he is. He also admits in the book that much of what he says is not supported by science, but rather 'his experience'.

As someone working in health, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE DO NOT READ THIS BOOK. It is incredibly misleading and potentially dangerous to those who accept the 'information' readily.
