The book is one of my favorites. It has lots of recipes and many lovely pictures which tempts you to go to the kitchen and bake one up! All the recipes I've tried so far have come out very well (of course I followed the recipe exactly as she mentions). My favorite recipe is the Whipped Cream Cake; everyone loved it.

Absolutely marvelous! If you don't have time to bake these wonderful cakes....just look at the heavenly photos. Any of Rose Beranbaum's books are worth a look....

I love this book. Actually I love all of Rose's books and the new one has also become a favorite. Instructions are very well written. I've baked about half a dozen recipes so far and they all turned out fabulous.
