I've recently begun the transition to veganism and have been looking for things to make. This book has a decent selection of recipes that I'm interested in (a mean feat considering my general food pickiness and my aversion to many traditional vegetarian/vegan dishes). I'm even considering purchasing the book so that I can try the different dishes at my leisure!
