I look forward to reading or skimming this, Stamper's refreshing honesty about the WTO [Battle in Seattle, where a local venture capital dude was recorded for all to see claiming that: Bill Gates invented the Internet to cure world poverty!?!?!?!?"] and his introduction of innovative community policing methods. Before and after, the police chiefs were duds, especially beginning with that purely dishonest Fitzsimons!
Perhaps this will be the War is a Racket book of police.
