This sequel to Henry Cole's first book in the Brambleheart series continues its charm and creativity. The unlikely combination of woodland animals and a baby dragon from book 1 continues in this story as Twig the chipmunk and his friends Basil and Lily sail into unknown territory with their dragon friend, Char, to find his home and reunite him with his family. Their journey is complicated by the unexpected arrival of an enemy from home who wants to prevent Char's reunion, which adds suspense to a sweet story. Will be enjoyed by boys and girls in grades 3-5.
