Sarah Andersen's hugely popular, world-famous Sarah's Scribbles comics are for those of us who boast bookstore-ready bodies and Netflix-ready hair, who are always down for all-night reading-in-bed parties and extremely exclusive after-hour one-person music festivals. In addition to the most recent Sarah's Scribbles fan favorites and dozens of all-new comics, this volume contains illustrated personal essays on Sarah's real-life experiences with anxiety, career, relationships and other adulthood challenges that will remind readers of Allie Brosh's Hyperbole and a Half and Jenny Lawson's Let's Pretend This Never Happened. The same uniquely frank, real, yet humorous and uplifting tone that makes Sarah's Scribbles so relatable blooms beautifully in this new longer form.

If anything, I enjoyed this clever volume even more than Andersen's previous collection, 'Adulthood Is a Myth.' Again, a number of panels spoke to my own personality quirks, which was by turns amusing and unsettling.

I really like Sarah's Scribbles, but this time, I felt too much of the book was dedicated to one story, one that I didn't relate all that much with and so half the book felt wasted... Aside from that, the same old great humour and relatability :)

Realistic humour is the best. I am buying the two books by this author and she'd better hurry up and find some more real life to illustrate. No matter your age as a woman, you will find something in here to laugh about, even if it's a socially suppressed subject. I absolutely loved the frame of the ovaries reminding Sarah to pack their items in the vacation suitcase along with all her lovely beach clothes! I mean really - tell it like it is, honey! We always have these situations but no one can make us laugh about it like she can!

Relatable, heartfelt and funny - made me exclaim "I'm not the only one!" Demonstrates the sometimes difficult realities of life through clever, heartfelt illustrations. Definitely worth a read.

Sarah Andersen's work is both hilarious and packed with so much truth you'll be amazed.

Sarah Andersen has the ability to relate to us all -- twenty-somethings, women, the socially anxious, the lazy, etc. It is amazing, her skills are so simple but hilarious and create such empathy. I am so happy this exists and that I have the chance to read her work.
