Faith and a moral life are what this country needs more of. Our amoral political leaders are leading us down a path or ruin. Thank goodness we have a man of faith at the realm. Prayer and God are back in the White House and many other places. I can now say quite comfortably "Merry Christmas" and mention and be proud of being a Christian. I live by a stringent moral code. Wish most of our country did the same. A wonderful and important read for all, especially detractors. We can all benefit from this stellar example, someone who walks his talk.

Trump has but one faith, and one deity: Himself.

This book was a fascinating account of how Donald Trump managed to unite the many theological "streams" of evangelical Christianity to gain 81% of their vote. Even if you didn't vote for him the book would help in understanding him by highlighting his family faith history and interviews with many evangelical leaders.

I am so happy someone researched and wrote this book! It was not what I was expecting, but turned out to be so much more. "He knows God is bigger and better than him.." "..his family upbringing, taught him that work and service go hand in hand." "...mainstream media was focusing on past blemishes [and] missed the cultural link...a connection of worldviews that encompassed patriotism, respect for God and Country, a disdain for political correctness, and a restoration of good old-fashioned Judeo-Christian values." He's not my pastor, but a "culture warrior." I admire him for that.
