"Stink bugs are temporary. Love is Forever." Yes!

This book explores same-sex love through the bunny, Marlon Bundo, who marries another male bunny he falls in love with. The book does double duty as a parody of another picture book authored by Pence family members about the Vice President's pet bunny, named Marlon Bundo.

It isn't cute and funny, with a warm fuzzy message. This is a political indoctrination book aimed at very young children to think and believe a specific way. It subliminally sends a message to hate and disagree with specific people who think, feel and have different beliefs than you.

"It doesn't matter if you love a girl bunny or a boy bunny, or eat your sandwich backward or forward. Stink bugs are temporary. Love is Forever."

This picture book has several political references that adults will recognize (particularly the Stink Bug In Charge), but for kids it's a sweet story about embracing our differences and celebrating love, no matter the opposition. The illustrations are out of this world adorable. Newlywed Marlon Bundo carrying the bespectacled Wesley over the threshold of their home? Kill me with cuteness!
