Building has a wooden sidewalk, two store fronts with large glass windows. Lower level of the building is almost all glass in the front, displaying a variety of merchandise, including lamps. Bay window on the second floor. Four double hung windows on the second floor. False front of the building with brackets on the top. Weather vane on the roof. Smaller commercial buildings on either side of the store are one story. Arthur Garlinghouse, who did business under his wife's name, sold the business in June 1900, but continued the ownership of the store building. He later moved to Parker and opened a store there for a short time.
