Picket fence with gate and corner post stands in front of one story, side gabled house with chimney, two double hung windows in the front and a screen door with transom in the center. On the side of the house are two windows, and a lean-to addition with a door, lattice work and a chimney. The building is made of wood with gingerbread shingles in the gable. A pitched roof outbuilding (unpainted) stands at the back of the house. Castle Rock is visible in the background.
