The Weaver House at 5068 N. Plum Avenue in Sedalia, Colo. The house was built in 1881 by Erastus Weaver, and the railing on the porch was added in 1898. The house was a hotel that supported the nearby corral and livery stable. The house is a two story wooden structure with a saltbox gabled roof and a brick chimney. The front porch of the house has steps leading up to it in the center, gingerbread trim under the roofline, and a wooden railing running the length of the house. A picket fence sits at the side of the house. Two women in aprons stand on the porch.
