"Miracles are like pimples, because once you start looking for them you find more than you ever dreamed you'd see..."

For all its silliness (a sample of which is seen in the above quote), the message of the book is that miracles are often right there in front of us, if we just take the time to look for them. A good thing to be reminded of.
