Great book not only for little ones, but for adults, too. *We* learned about how to approach dogs and what to or not do depending on the reaction of the animal. Allows us to understand the nature of dogs, although I doubt any dog would mind being licked by someone.

I returned the books at the counter on Jan 2 and the staff didn't make any comments when I returned the book. I am wondering what kind of damage with this book and why we are charged with $24.5?

This is a great book about the appropriate ways to behave around dogs such as how to greet and approach dogs you have not met before, giving dogs a treat or asking the owner's permission before petting a dog. The illustrations are wild, large and beautiful!
