This list compiles research sources on African American and Black contributions to the history of the western United States. Items include books, journals, and the website for Denver's Blair-Caldwell African American Research Library. Reference and archival items may not be checked out. They can be accessed during normal business hours at the Castle Rock - Philip S. Miller library.
