Family Book Club: Unplugged Cozy Hour
Have you and your little ones been looking for a calmer, quieter offering at the library? Join us for an inclusive, sensory-friendly book club for families featuring a more low-key atmosphere. Elementary school-aged children (gr. K-6), along with parents, adult family members, or caregivers will explore a multitude of accessible activities centered around reading books together, as well as restorative materials, sensory tools, and intentional movement activities to promote comfortability and cater to individual needs. We’ll provide the dedicated space, with play tents, softer lighting, puzzles, coloring, and crafts, as well as recommended books for one-on-one storytimes you can initiate with your kiddos. So let’s get cozy, start tapping into our calm, and unplug together! Visit Book Club Information & Calendar below to register.
